Honey Chilli Potatoes

Do you usually eat aloo fry or tikkis? Are you an aloo fan? Do you want to experiment with aloo dishes but are too lazy to try one? This one recipe, is the solution to all above questions. Hope you enjoy the recipe!


Ingredients :
Potatoes, soaked in water and then cut into fingers................5-6 medium
Cornflour.............................................................................6-7 tablespoons
Oil......................................................................................to deep fry

Ginger-garlic paste...............................................................2 teaspoons
Red Chili Sauce...................................................................2 teaspoons
Salt......................................................................................to taste
Oil.......................................................................................1 tablespoon
Red Chili Flakes..................................................................1 tablespoon
Vinegar...............................................................................3 teaspoons
Honey.................................................................................2 tablespoons
Sugar..................................................................................1/2 teaspoon
Fresh coriander leaves.........................................................to garnish

How to Make?
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan and add ginger-garlic paste in it. Saute it for a minute and then add red chili sauce, vinegar, red chili flakes, sugar and honey and cook for half a minute.

Mix potatoes, salt and cornflour together, and deep fry them in a kadhai until well cooked. Add fried potato wedges to the mixture and garnigh it with coriander leaves.
